Historic Bowen Terrace House
Centrally located, this recently restored 1876 terrace house offers the style, comfort and convenience of urban living in the heart of Orange. Tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable, Bowen Terrace House has three generous bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a spa bath. The terrace also has a separate lounge room with leather armchairs, a daybed, television and a state of the art gas log fire. The large dining and sitting room leads onto a sun filled private courtyard at the rear which is ideal for breakfast or enjoying a quiet drink under the shady market umbrella. While the terrace is within walking distance of many of Orange’s top restaurants, cafes, wine bars and pubs, for those with cooking in mind, there is a fully equipped separate kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and everything you should need to whip up a casual meal or breakfast. With added luxuries like embroidered sheets, fluffy towels, a coffee machine and a complimentary bottle of local premium wine as well as local shiraz jelly for your morning toast, our goal is to ensure you have a comfortable, memorable and relaxing stay in one of Orange’s historic gems. Bowen Terrace House has a minimum overnight stay of 2 nights. With two queen bedrooms and one double bedroom, it is ideally suited for 1-3 couples or 3 adults. Because of the stairs, it is unfortunately not suitable for crawling infants or children under 12 years old or for people with a mobility difficulty. Off street parking for 2 cars is available at the rear of the terrace.
