Belle La Rue is a luxurious, fully serviced, executive style self-contained Californian bungalow renovated to the highest standard, and decorated in a charming French provincial style. Situated on beautiful tree-lined Sampson Street and surrounded by period homes within the heritage area of Orange, it is close to the CBD, and only a short walk from fine dining restaurants, trendy cafes, and wine bars.

Just half a block from iconic leafy Cook Park and one block from Duntryleague Golf Club, Belle La Rue sets the benchmark in quality accommodation. Belle La Rue is quiet, private, and spacious and is suitable for business, families, small groups, wedding parties or a romantic getaway. It is a “home away from home” with an elegant yet comfortable ambience, where you can completely relax, or enjoy all that Orange and the surrounding region offer.

Belle La Rue can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, with 3 double bedrooms ( 2 queen beds and 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (including spa bath), spacious lounge and separate family room, separate dining room and fully equipped gourmet kitchen, laundry, and an outdoor deck for alfresco dining. The private courtyard is equipped with a gas barbecue. High ornate ceilings, large windows, and polished timber floors in the hall and family room create a feeling of elegant spaciousness and light. Plush wool carpets in the living room and bedrooms enhance their cosy, warm and comfortable ambience. Belle la Rue is cosy and warm in winter with gas heating, and cool in summer with reverse cycle air-conditioning. The use of stained glass windows and leadlighting throughout the home adds to the pleasant garden and leafy streetscape views.

The single garage is secured with a remote controlled door and is available for guest use at no additional cost.

Families with children are welcome at Belle La Rue. A portacot with linen, and a highchair can be arranged.

Our guests have exclusive use of the whole property during their stay.

A security deposit of $200 is required to confirm a reservation at time of booking. Full payment is required prior to arrival. PAYMENT: Credit Card (MasterCard/Visa) Direct Deposit or Cash CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations with less than 28 days notice will incur a fee of $50. For cancellations of less than 48 hours notice the security deposit will be forfeited in full. BREAKAGES & DAMAGE: Charged at current retail rates.
